Where do you deliver?

ToySchool.com partners with a global carrier called Aramex Couriers to deliver your Toy School parcel right to your door in the UAE.


Do you deliver internationally?

No, unfortunately we will not be able to ship your parcel overseas.


What are your charges for delivery?

We charge a standard flat fee of AED 25 for all orders under AED 250.

Any order above AED 250 will be delivered for free either through Aramex or directly from our delivery team.


We offer free assembly for outdoor lines above AED 1000 within city limits.

In UAE:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Al Ain

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Sharjah

We hope to extend this service in near future to other cities.

We do offer free delivery in all cities for these items but not assembly.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on time of processing, the delivery could take between 1-3 working days.


For outdoor items we promise to deliver within UAE within 5 to 7 working days.


Can I track my parcel?

Yes you can. Simply enter the Airwaybill number, provided in your shipping confirmation email, on the Aramex website https://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx and you will be updated with the shipment status.

How can I shop on ToySchool.com?

Simply select your items, add the desired quantity, then proceed to checkout and enter all required fields (billing, shipping etc). Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Make sure you keep this as it will contain important information such as your order number, value of purchase etc.


What is Click & Collect?

This service is not currently available but please stay tuned for future developments.

This service allows you to select items on our site from the comfort of your home, then select the store you wish to collect the items from and we will expertly prepare your parcel for collection in store.


How do I create an account?

Click on the Create an Account button and complete all required fields. You will be asked to enter an email address and unique password. On future visits, you can log into your account and view your profile. You will also be eligible for special offers and promotions as a registered user.


Must I create an account to shop on ToySchool.com

No, you can check out as a guest. However you will only be eligible for promotions and special offers as a registered user.


Why login?

When you create an account and login, you will be able to view your previous baskets and we will be able to tailor make special offers for you.


Do you have stores where I can try the items?

ToySchoo.coml is the official Franchise Partner of Early Learning Centre in the GCC, who have over 120 stores in 6 countries. Click here to view the store locations.


How do I change my shopping currency?

ToySchool.com is currently only available in the UAE and in Dirhams. Please stay tuned for future developments.


How do I change my shopping language?

Simply go to settings, select your prefered language and country of currency.


Can I purchase items in bulk and resell them?

The resale of Toy School items is prohibited; even if doing so in countries where Toy School does not have a store. Doing so will make you subject to legal action.


How do I use a promotional code?

When you are ready to checkout on ToySchool.com, enter the promotional code into the 'Promotional Code' box and proceed with your check out. The offer will be applied to all applicable items in your basket at the time of entering the promotional code.


Can I return items purchased on ToySchool.com

We are proud to offer a convenient return and exchange policy. We will accept the exchange or return of a Product provided that:

  • the Product is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery (or, in respect of a discounted Product, the relevant sale period if shorter);

  • the Product is returned with its original receipt (bank statements will not be accepted);

  • the Product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging and

  • if the Product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the Products purchased are returned at the same time.


How do I return items?

ToySchool.com is the official Franchise Partner of Early Learning Centre in the GCC. You may return the Product in-store at any one of our stores in the UAE or you can contact our customer service team by phone at +97143576754 or by email customercare@toyschool.com for further instructions on how you can return your purchase via post or courier.


Will I get a refund?

Refunds will be made by the original mode of payment. We do not refund delivery charges except where the Product is defective or is not the Product you ordered.

If you take your items to an Early Learning Center store you can exchange your items or receive a cash refund. If your items are returned to us via courier then you will be issued a voucher which can be redeemed online.


Is the deliver cost refunded when I return an item?

The ToySchool.com team are happy to refund the delivery cost, in the form of an online voucher, if a mistake had been made by the team, such as incorrect item sent or product was damaged etc. Unfortunately, delivery costs cannot be refunded when an item is returned directly to one of the Early Learning Center stores, or if the receiver no longer wants the item. In these instances, Toy School would be happy to refund the value of the item or exchange the product for you. Please see conditions of return.


How can I pay for my purchase on ToySchool.com

We accept online payment by Visa and Mastercard debit/credit card. Your payment details will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. You must retain a copy of your transaction records and our Terms of Sale, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
